These Terms govern use of the Mythos Web Studio website and related inquiry experience. Mythos Web Studio is a service division of Mythos Quill Press LLC. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Mythos Web Studio” refer to Mythos Quill Press LLC operating through its Mythos Web Studio division.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful informational and inquiry purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, security, or availability.

Estimates and proposals

Published prices apply to the described scope; improvement work starts at the listed entry price, and advanced projects require a custom quote. Estimator results are preliminary and non-binding. Final pricing depends on the approved scope, functionality, integrations, content requirements, and technical complexity. A project begins only after both parties confirm a final written agreement.

Website packages and Managed Web Care

A website package is an initial design and development engagement. Managed Web Care is an optional continuing service after launch and is not included indefinitely unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Domain fees, premium third-party services, licenses, APIs, usage charges, and work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees disclosed before that work begins.

Proposal acceptance

Accepting a proposal records your request to proceed and does not collect funds. Deposits, payment schedules, and the controlling project terms are governed by the accepted proposal or project agreement.

Website consulting

Paid website consulting provides professional observations and recommendations based on information available at the time of review. Coding, implementation, repairs, redesign, meetings, and third-party costs are not included unless a service description expressly says so. Consulting findings do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, or other business results.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback and approvals, agreed content and access, and the rights needed to use materials they supply. Deliverables and timelines depend on the responsibilities set out in the applicable project agreement.

Third-party providers

Hosting, domains, integrations and other third-party services are subject to their providers' terms, availability and applicable fees. Responsibilities for these services are set out in the project agreement.

Project ownership

You maintain ownership of your website and business content upon completion and final payment, subject to the final project agreement. Open-source software, third-party software, licensed fonts, stock media, APIs, SaaS products, libraries, frameworks, templates, and other licensed assets remain governed by their applicable licenses. Reusable Mythos Web Studio methods, tools, and pre-existing materials are not transferred unless the written agreement expressly says otherwise.

Website materials

Unless otherwise stated, the site's copy, visual system, and original materials are owned by Mythos Quill Press LLC and used in connection with its Mythos Web Studio division.

Portfolio and showcase use

Any right to display client work, names or project materials in our portfolio or promotional materials is subject to the applicable agreement and permissions.

Information and results

Website information is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace an accepted project agreement. Search engine optimization, performance optimization, marketing, accessibility improvements, conversion optimization, and similar services are intended to improve a website's technical condition, visibility, usability, or effectiveness. Mythos Web Studio does not guarantee any specific search-engine ranking, traffic volume, sales volume, lead volume, conversion rate, revenue amount, or other business result.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
