When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, company or organization, email, phone number, current website, client and industry details, requested services and functionality, project stage and scope, branding and content status, budget and timing selections, goals, challenges, inspiration links, additional details, estimator selections, consent, and the page from which you submitted the inquiry. We may also receive information you voluntarily supply during project discussions.

When you purchase a website consultation, we also collect the selected service, website platform, primary concern, review details, payment status, transaction references supplied by Stripe, and the consultation report and delivery history. Mythos does not receive or store your full payment card number.

Automatically collected information

For security and duplicate-submission protection, the inquiry endpoint uses request IP information, email, and browser user-agent information to create a one-way submission fingerprint. The inquiry record does not store the raw IP address, raw user-agent value, or Turnstile token. Hosting, security, and performance providers may receive limited device, request, usage, or abuse-prevention information as part of operating their services. This may include IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, referring pages, timestamps, and server or security logs necessary to operate the website and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.

How information is used

We use information to review and respond to inquiries, assess fit and scope, prepare recommendations or proposals, communicate about potential or active work, provide requested services, prevent fraud, spam, abuse and duplicate submissions, operate, improve and secure the website, maintain appropriate business records, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect rights, property and safety. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not use inquiry information for third-party advertising.

Service providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate, secure, maintain, and support our website and business services. These providers may process limited information on our behalf as necessary to perform their respective services, including hosting, database storage, email delivery, security, analytics and performance measurement.

Vercel provides website hosting and runtime infrastructure, Web Analytics, and Speed Insights.
Supabase stores project inquiries and supports authenticated owner administration.
Resend delivers inquiry notifications and customer confirmation emails.
Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates form submissions for automated abuse.
Stripe processes consulting payments. Payment card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by this website.

We do not authorize service providers to use personal information obtained on our behalf for purposes unrelated to the services they provide to us, except as permitted or required by law. Third-party services may maintain their own privacy policies and terms governing their independent processing activities.

Data retention
